Exeats for Boarding Students

We do not operate weekly boarding, but boarders may go home any and every weekend, either over Saturday night or just for Sunday. Parents arrange this week by week directly with their son or daughter's Housemaster/mistress. All students have Saturday morning school and then the Saturday leaving time alternates between 4pm one week and 1pm the next.

For boarding students remaining in school a variety of activities are arranged for Sundays and pupils sign up for these, on a first come, first served basis. These activities include off site trips to the cinema and theatre, paint balling, orienteering, sports matches, shopping and quad biking, and are organised and supervised by members of the teaching staff. The costs of these activities are put on the termly bill. A range of on site activities are also available, including: cookery, five-a-side football tournament, golf competition and movie hour.
