Friends of Worth School

The Friends of Worth (FOW) is a parent organisation that aims to foster and encourage the community spirit which is at the heart of Worth. All current parents are members unless they specifically elect not to be.

Each year, the FOW hosts an evening for "new parents" and organises social events such as the Summer Ball.

The organisation raises funds to provide support throughout the school to buy items which would usually sit outside the normal purchasing arrangements, e.g. digital cameras and recreational equipment.

FOW also support a number of activities within the school, such as the school choir, bursaries, student publications and clubs. The FOW ethos is that a parent should see a tangible return on their subscription during the time that their son or daughter is a pupil at the school.
